Insurance & Payer Sources

We work with a variety of insurance plans and funding sources to help make therapy accessible for your family.

YOUR COVERAGE OPTIONS

In-Network Insurance Plans

Kaiser Permanente  (HMO and Medi-Cal)
Inland Empire Health Plan  (IEHP Direct and Covered California)
LA Care  (Direct)
Anthem Blue Cross  (PPO and POS)
Blue Shield  (PPO and POS)
HealthNet  (Direct)
TriCare West  (Direct)

Coverage and eligibility can vary depending on your specific plan. Some plans also require a physician referral before therapy services can be covered. We recommend calling us before you get started so we can help verify your benefits and let you know what to expect.

If your plan is not listed here, we may still be able to help. Give us a call and we will talk through your options.

BEYOND INSURANCE

Other Funding Sources for Therapy

Regional Center

We are vendored with both the Inland Regional Center and the San Gabriel Pomona Regional Center. If your child qualifies, you can request Whole Child Therapy as your provider. Contact your service coordinator or reach out to us and we will help you navigate the process.

School Districts

You may be able to access our services through an Individual Service Agreement (ISA) with your child’s school district, charter school, or non-public school. We are contracted with different educational settings throughout the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley.

Private Pay

We welcome private pay clients. You are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before services begin. We offer a discounted rate when you purchase a bundle of 10 sessions upfront. Contact us to request our rate sheet.
