We work with your insurance as well as other funding sources to get therapy services covered. Please give us a call so that we can verify benefits.
Health Insurance
Whole Child Therapy is in-network with the following insurance providers:
- Kaiser Permanente
- Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP)
- LA Care
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield of California
If you have a different insurance provider and would like Whole Child Therapy to provide services to your child, please give us a call and we will be happy to see if we may be of assistance.
Other Funding Sources
San Gabriel Pomona Regional Center
Whole Child Therapy provides early intervention clients in-home speech therapy and occupational therapy through the regional center.
School Districts
Whole Child Therapy has contracts with a number of public school districts, non-public schools, and charter schools. If you would like Whole Child Therapy to provide occupational therapy services to your child at his school or home (independent study or home and hospital), as a parent, you can ask the school district or charter school to generate an Individual Service Agreement to start services for your child. If you are interested, please do not hesitate to call.
Private Pay
Whole Child Therapy always accepts private pay. We have payment plan options available for you. Please give us a call if you are interested.
Independent Educational Evaluations
If you are looking for an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) in occupational therapy and assistive technology, Whole Child Therapy is registered with the West End SELPA and the Riverside County SELPA. You may write to them that you would like Whole Child Therapy to complete the IEE for you. On the other hand, if your child attends a different school district that does not belong to the SELPA offices indicated above, Whole Child Therapy can still be an option for your IEE needs. Please let us know so we can assist you.
